Love love love this coffee shop ! Located in a small plaza along other restaurants, parking lot can get packed ! There's more if you circle around the building . At times I have to park on the street but it's literally right there. The baristas here are so nice and dedicated , every coffee and latte here has tasted delicious. It seems they use ingredients that are sourced carefully such as their beans , the coffee just tastes so good ! Quite a surprise that they also have a full blown kitchen with great dishes obsessed with their burritos ! Love that they have soyrizo as I don't eat pork ! Come here once a week ! Overall 5 star coffee shop , vibes are on point , baristas are nice and welcoming , coffee and food is delicious !

I devoured my egg taco here and enjoyed my lavender latte! I also love how the cup sleeves say to own the day-carpe diem!

Coffee Parlor is the place that introduced me to orange juice with a shot of espresso (Spro-J) and there's no turning back for me. One of my favorite unexpected "it shouldn't be good" but I absolutely love combos. It's been years and I am so thankful to come across it on a random morning coffee run. CoPa has evolved quite a lot and now has a lot of seating inside for patrons to chat, work, or simply eat. Inviting, bright, vibes. Service is friendly and quick. It can get busy on the weekends! Coffee here is great, love their seasonal and the staples. Definitely recommend for a neighborhood caffeine fix. The reason for the 4 stars is because of the pricing - $18.5 for their main burrito is quite a lot (+ extra for salsa!) and although it was really good (highly recommend trying it if you can!) the lack of consistency is what makes me hesitate to get it often. Sometimes it's large enough to feed two people and sometimes it's so sad and skinny. Ingredients are all there (love the crispy tater tots!), I think it just depends on who's cooking it up in the back. Also noticed the orange juice in the Spro-J has changed, not sure what it is but it seems less fresh and definitely more comes out of a jug - we used to have to grab the fresh OJ from the front fridge to bring it back but alas no longer? Still part of our coffee run rotation - recommend for good coffee, good breakfast, and friendly service!

I was desperately looking for a spot near the airport for a morning latte and came across CoPa on maps! I was glad to see they were open early, since a lot of other cafes opened pretty late? I ordered a simple iced latte with oat milk, just to try out their pull, and it was delicious! I thought the espresso was very bold, and the shot turned out great. The service was awesome, and the vibes seemed pretty good for working or studying! This one goes on the list for sure

In town for business, and this shop was very close to my hotel. Went over early to try a something local. Great place! Staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed both my latte and my coffee cake. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Shop was clean, well lit, and they seems to cover all the basics very well!

This 5 star review is for their iced matchas only!! We visited this spot on a Sunday morning and the line was out the door. We just wanted drinks to go so we mobile ordered, which I highly recommend!! Everyone in line looked like they were dining in though, and its a pretty small shop. The staff was working hard and very nice to all the customers. We got 2 vanilla iced matchas with oat and macadamia milk. The matcha is such good quality and not too sweet. You can definitely feel the caffeine with these drinks. I also love how they offer macadamia milk. Definitely a really good matcha option. I would definitely return to try their food and other drinks!

We stopped here before dropping H+M at the Long Beach Airport for their flight home. This little coffee shop is in a little plaza that has a Mexican food restaurant, bakery, and Chinese food restaurant. Parking is limited, maybe around 20 spaces. The shop was bustling and had a line out the door at 9:30 am on a Sunday. There were small tables inside and a few outside. The employees were friendly and very efficient and knowledgeable. Ww thought we'd have to wait as long as we waited in line (almost 15 minutes) for our drinks but they were putting them out quick! We had our drinks in less than 10 minutes. Little O tried their iced strawberry matcha. It tasted great and the flavors went well together. Hubby and I each got our own hot latte. I added mocha syrup which made it delicious without being too sweet! No extra sweetener needed. H & M got a cold brew and the coffee was very tasty. We would definitely come back for more coffee and try some of their breakfast items. They all sounded yummy!

Found this spot when i was searching up breakfast burritos on Yelp! I called in to order ahead and got a vanilla latte and the veggie breakfast burrito. First i love that they have veggie/vegan options. The latte was great - perfect sweetness just how i like it. The burrito was super filling. I liked that it had some veggies in it too. I couldn't always taste the soy chorizo but i saw it was in there. Overall really liked it! The cafe is in a small strip mall and there may be limited parking but there's also street parking. The cafe was pretty busy when I came in which was a Wednesday mid morning so it seems like a spot people come to work for a few hours or maybe meet friends or coworkers. Definitely a place I'd come back to post up and get some work done.

Coffee Parlor (aka COPA) is a coffee shop, but I come here for their excellent breakfast burrito. I have to say that I think that their breakfast burrito is, in fact, my favorite breakfast burrito anywhere.. The burrito is loaded with scrambled eggs, crispy tater tots, bacon and cheese, avocado, and bacon jam. Their house made salsa brings it to another level. The dish is balanced and delicious and they know how good their product is. At $18.50 it's on the high end of the price point that I'm willing to pay for a breakfast burrito; however, I do think it's worth it as it's a large burrito that's well made. They charge additional fees for extra salsa and I willingly pay it. I get a little annoyed, however, when I ask for the extra salsa that I paid for, and they remind me that it costs extra. (This has happened multiple times). This is a five-star burrito, but I consider it a four-star experience because of the nickel and diming. I am willing to pay for the premium burrito and the quality ingredients they use, but I don't need it constantly reminded to me that I'm paying for it. Nevertheless, I believe that this is an outstanding breakfast spot and I would encourage you to check it out! My wife is more of the coffee connoisseur, and she vouches for that here. I like pairing my burrito with their fresh squeezed OJ. If you like the burrito here, also check out Pizza Parlor next door. Their bacon jam can be found on their "bacon jamming" pizza there.

This coffee shop is a bit on the pricier side, but it's worth every penny for the exceptional breakfast experience. While the coffee quality is good, it doesn't quite reach the level of greatness, but that's more than made up for by their outstanding breakfast sandwich. It's incredibly delightful and truly amazing--definitely a highlight of the menu. The service here is top-notch, with baristas who are impressively knowledgeable about the menu. Their expertise enhances the overall experience, making it a pleasure to visit. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy a fantastic breakfast sandwich and receive great service, this coffee shop is a must-visit.
